Children’s Ministries

Mt. Carmel’s children's ministries are passionate about leading young disciples and showing them how they can love the Lord our God with all their heart, soul, and mind. Our desire for your children is for them to experience God and know him better through discovering the truth contained in His Word.

It is our desire to partner with and support parents as they seek to fulfill the charge God gave to parents to train up their children. "And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates." Deuteronomy 6:6-9

0 - 23 Months

The Lamb's class provides a safe space for children ages 0 - 23 month. Mt. Carmel offers nursery services during the 9:30 am Sunday School and the 10:30 am Worship Service. The Lamb's class serves 0 - 23 months. Please see one of our greeters to get you and your child to their classroom.

24 Months - 4 Years

Mt. Carmel offers classes during the 9:30 am Sunday School and the 10:30 am Worship Service. The Explorers' class serves 24 months - 4 years. Please see one of our greeters to get you and your child to their classroom.

5 Years - 13 Years (Sunday Mornings)

Mt. Carmel offers services geared towards elementary-aged students. During this Life Group at 9:30 am there are two classes occurring for this age group. There is a class for students ages Kindergarten to 7 years old, and there is a class for students ages 8 - 13 years old.
During the Worship Service at 10:30 am, there is a class for children ages 5 to 12 years old. During each of these time,s a bible narrative is shared with your child, highlighting the truth and the accuracy of God's Word and how He came to this world to save us.

5 Years - 12 Years (Wednesday Evenings)

Each Wednesday, Mission Kids meets to experience the truths of God's word. Children ages 5 - 11 year-olds are engaged through a time of worship through songs, a Bible narrative is shared pointing them towards God's mission for each of us, a game time, and a snack. We desire to partner with parents to build a firm spiritual foundation for their kids as they explore what it means to follow Jesus.
